Ch.7 part 1 - part 3

In this chapter Mrs.Montague arrives with her friend named Arthur. She has come to stay until Monday, and she and Arthur are both very into supernatural happenings. At first they are starting to get on every ones nerves a little because they act in a very cocky attitude toward everyone. She even calls Luke a coward and that he should be ashamed at his fears. They go to dinner and talk a little about Arthur, and that he is a headmaster and has to get back to school soon. Then later Mrs.Montague comes back after using the planchette, it is a form of automatic writing used to communicate with the supernatural. She says it mentioned something about a nun and someone named Helen, Helene or Elena. (As soon as I saw Elena I thought of Eleanor). Then they all go back to ask it some questions. First she asked it who it was, and it said Nell, Nellie and Eleanor. Then they asked what it wanted, and it said "HOME". Then they asked what it was doing, and it said "Waiting", and when they said what for it said "Home". Then they asked what they wanted and it said "Mother", and when they said why, it said "Child". Then they asked where is your mother, and it said "Home", and when they said where is your home it said "Lost,Lost,Lost".
This part kind of ties together everything that they have seen, like "Help Eleanor come home", and when they heard the child at night and when she thought she saw children and their parents having a picnic. This book is really starting to get interesting.
